- Overall motor skills;
- Strengthen core muscles which are needed in learning other life skills; and
- The production of positive ‘Neurotransmitter’ for better executive brain function and mood/behavior regulation.
- To discover the hidden potential of these youths who learn differently from their neuro-typical peers.
- Ultimately, our goal is to see peoples’ lives changed while they discover God’s purpose for their life.
How This Began
This group was set up out of anguished prayers to the Lord Jesus Christ after an unpleasant tantrum and self-destructive incidence of an autistic child in Mar 2015. ‘Sports’ and ‘Teenager’ were the two words given to him, inspired by Holy Spirit. Stepping out in faith by the grace of God, this group had grown to more than 60 with families having at least a child with learning difficulty teenager. In less than a year the Lord multiplied our ministries from handful of sports activities and exercises as well as coaching to our current repertoire of swimming, table tennis, marathon running and football as well as physical education.
We Proclaim
Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers. (Galatian 6:9-10)
