Genesis 2 tells of God’s good design for human dignity, the value of work, and the sanctity of marriage. Although sin has tainted them all, there is redemption power in the gospel of Jesus Christ. Every human has dignity because God became man to dwell among us; our work is not in vain because Christ has ushered in His everlasting kingdom; our marriages are redeemed to display Christ’s love for His church.
